The fall of yet another great site...

As of today, http://danbooru.donmai.us is officially dead. Seems like its owner finally had enough of the unsavoury pics and decided to shut the site down for good. Nonetheless, it was good while it lasted. I pray that someday, the wonderful danbooru would be revived. For now, rest in peace.



After my late night jog earlier, I was walking past the local S11 hawker centre, staring at the various menus when the "fried fish slice bee hoon" stall caught my eye. Memories came flooding back. Two years ago, on the very day my A-level results were announced (the results for 2006 were released yesterday too, coincidentally), I remember having the exact same dish with her for lunch, at Toa Payoh, just after her Sociology mock exam.

Coincidence? Or did my brain will my eyes to look at that menu?
